All day long, would you consider yourself very busy? From the moment we get up until bedtime, we as humans have busy daily schedules. Our schedules tend to look like this: (schedule could vary; depending on the persons’daily activity)
We get out of bed, eat breakfast, get in the car or ride the bus to go to work. Next, we are steady working on a timed project for four hours or so, and then we take a lunch break. After lunch, we are steady working again on a project. After those four hours and then we are now off from work and is now you can go home.
At home, we catch up with what occurred in the family’s day. We then prepare dinner, eat dinner, clean up after dinner, and then possibly sit down to help the kids with their homework.
After the homework session, next, it is time to get the kids ready for bed and then now you can rewind the body and mind as we prepare for sleep.
But, the mind is still busy with thoughts of tomorrow’s workday, so, it can be hard to wind down.
